We are also a certified Amana dealer. We install, maintain and service other brands as well. Wards are a certified repair company for warranty work on both Amana and Goodman systems. You can trust the Wards team to get the job done right!
Your Appointment
Our technician will arrive for your scheduled appointment on time and will review your system quickly and efficiently. After identifying the problem, the tech will give you a complete overview of what needs to be done to fix the problem and will also chat with you about any other issues he is seeing that might cause future challenges.
The tech will give you a detailed quote for the work that needs to be done. If he has the parts available, he will, with your authorization, get straight to work. If parts need to be ordered, he will reschedule a time to complete the work. Our goal is to resolve the problem and get your cooling system up and running again ASAP.
